1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and full refund:

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must remain in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@warriorartgallery.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or issue an immediate full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email our customer care team at info@warriorartgallery.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and provide return instructions with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on approved customer returns.
